1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application to purchase leads through Full Coverage Leads ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Agent," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit an application or purchase leads from us.
2. Eligibility
To purchase leads from Full Coverage Leads, you must: (a) hold a valid, active insurance license in the state(s) where you intend to use the leads; (b) be at least 18 years of age; (c) have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts; and (d) comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing insurance sales and marketing.
3. Lead Exclusivity and Delivery
All leads sold by Full Coverage Leads are sold on an exclusive basis — each lead is sold to one agent only and will not be resold or redistributed to any other agent. Leads are delivered in real-time to the contact information provided at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale or policy placement.
4. TCPA Compliance
All consumer leads sold by Full Coverage Leads are generated with prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By purchasing leads, you agree to: (a) use the leads only for lawful purposes; (b) comply with all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, including the TCPA and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule; (c) honor all opt-out requests promptly; and (d) maintain your own TCPA compliance program. You assume full responsibility for your use of the leads and any resulting regulatory or legal liability.
5. Pricing and Payment
Lead pricing is $25.00 per exclusive lead unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless a lead qualifies for our replacement guarantee (see Section 6). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Replacement Guarantee
We offer a replacement guarantee for leads with invalid contact information (disconnected phone numbers or bounced email addresses). To request a replacement, you must notify us within 72 hours of lead delivery with documentation of the invalid contact attempt. We do not offer replacements for leads where the consumer is simply not interested in purchasing insurance.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) resell, transfer, or share leads with any third party; (b) use leads for any purpose other than the direct sale of insurance products; (c) use leads to engage in harassment, fraud, or any unlawful activity; or (d) use automated systems to contact leads in violation of applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Coverage Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our leads or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lead(s) giving rise to the claim.
